$125 USD if purchased before June 30th, 2025. After June 30th Regular Admission Tickets will increase to $175 USD.
The Inaugural MED-DBT Conference is a 2-day virtual event taking place September 24th & 25th, 2025. When registering for the Conference through Eventbrite, you’ll be asked to select your preferred workshop stream for each day as part of the registration process. You’re welcome to choose different streams for each day based on your interests.
Each day of the conference follows the same flow:
Morning Session: All attendees will join together using the main conference Zoom link for keynote presentations and shared learning.
Breakout Workshops: In the afternoon, you’ll move into your selected stream (Stream A or Stream B) using a separate Zoom link provided for your chosen session.
Closing Session: At the end of the day, everyone will reconvene on the main Zoom link to wrap up the day together.
🔗 All Zoom links will be emailed to you 24–48 hours before the conference begins, based on your registration and stream selections.
The workshop session options are as follows:
Day 1 (Sept 24)
– Stream A: Lives Worth Living: An Introduction to MED-DBT
– Stream B: Integrating DBT Prolonged Exposure in High-Risk, Multi-Problem EDs
Day 2 (Sept 25)
– Stream A: Bridging the Gap: DBT-FBT Model
– Stream B: What follows: A workshop-based exploration of Stage II MED-DBT

This conference has been developed for providers and researchers in the worldwide community who are curious about, are learning, or are actively practicing MED-DBT. Attendees are not required to hold membership with any other professional organization nor be a member of the MED-DBT listserve.
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the conference will incur an administrative fee of $35 CAD. Cancellations received 14 to 30 days prior to the conference will be refunded at 50% of the invoice plus an additional $35 CAD administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference. Cancellations must be received in writing.
